Tidy, good humoured, efficient and good value Work completed very satisfactorily, on time, tidily and with good humour. An all day job for the installer. Relieved that it didn't create much mess at all. Think it was pretty good value for quality windows

New doors I had a new front door fitted last year because the old door started off black and turned white over the years. I was very pleased with it so when the back door mechanism wore out I had a new back door. Both doors are much better and they are draft proof.

Great work, but a slow burn. Tale of two halves. Every actual interaction I have had was excellent, from their sales reps, to their customer service, to their installers. Overall, the work was quality and the team were great. My critique - which should not distract from a favourable review - is that there were some baffling delays. We had three separate visits before the job was booked in: one to describe the job, a second to confirm it and sign a form, and a third to then measure the windows (Surely could have been one?). Once those were done, it took 2 weeks and 2 chases for me to get an installation date booked in.

Patio door replacement Replaced patio door at my elderly mother's house. I dealt with company on the phone. The whole process from getting a quote to work complete went very smoothly. Communication with the office team was good. The fitters took extra care to make sure my mum was OK during fitting. Job completed to a high standard with everything cleaned up and made good. Would engage again.

Creation of porch area at rear of house with new door Communication was great from start to finish, the guys who came and did the job where kind enough to help with removal of an old door, they even filled some bits that needed doing as well after the removal of the door. Left everything clean and tidy and the workmanship appears top notch. Really happy with Apex and couldn’t recommend them enough.

Thought I had completed a review but cannot see it. Apex carried out a door and window project in May 2023, they did a brilliant job. A couple of weeks ago I was burgled and needed to replace a door panel, I spoke to Scott who arranged the replacement for the very next day. Scott, you saved the day and my sanity, a big thank you. Excellent service, consistent quality, and very competitively priced! Having used Apex Windows for four separate jobs, I can confirm they deliver on time and on budget every single time. The installation crew is professional, tidy, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I've also referred them to two clients who were delighted with the price and quality. Highly recommended—especially their excellent triple-glazed options!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Remedial Work by Steve - 10th July 2026 I highly recommend Apex Windows Limited for their excellent customer service and quality of work. Steve came out today, 10th July 2026, to carry out remedial work on our windows and I could not be happier with the result. From start to finish the experience was professional, tidy, and stress-free. Steve was punctual, polite, and took the time to explain what he was doing. The remedial work was carried out to a very high standard and he left everything clean and as it should be. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their work and sends someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Apex Windows Limited delivered exactly that. Thank you to Steve and the whole team at Apex Windows Limited. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely use them again in the future.

From the initial chat with Nathan to talk about our requirements to the moment the fitters left the house, I've been impressed. Communication has been great, fitters very friendly and efficient. This is the second time we've used Apex and after moving house there was no question who we'd be using for our new windows. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Would highly recommend Apex Windows. Fabulous service from start to finish. Nathan visited initially and brought a beautiful brochure for me to choose each element of my front door. Once chosen the quote was written and set in stone. I had quotes from 2 other companies, but Apex impressed me most with their service. I received a booklet with all their public liability insurance details, FENSA accreditation certificate. 10 year guarantee certificate, Checkatrade certificate of membership, Which Trusted Traders Membership and customer testimonials. The price quoted was very reasonable. From the surveyor measuring up to fitting it was one month. Kieran and Ben the fitters were very professional and friendly. They called to say what time they'd be here and we're done in no time at all. A very professional job all neatly finished off to my satisfaction. No mess left and old door taken away. Great job guys.

From start to finish Apex Windows staff were good with communication, punctual, professional and friendly. I was very impressed with their process and initially had an appointment with Nathan (sales) I was able to choose all elements of the door from a brochure with lots of choices. No sales pressure just answer to any questions. I particularly liked the booklet with all the public liability insurance details, FENSA accreditation along with accreditation details to other companies like Which, Trustatrader. After the surveyor measured up it was only 4 weeks before fitting. Kieran and Ben (fitters) were friendly and removed the old uPVC door then fitted the new composite door professionally and with care. All work was done to a very high standard. No mess left and old door removed from site. I would 100% recommend Apex as a company to use.

I had a service call today from one of Apex’s experienced installers called Steve. I had been having a few issues with my patio and kitchen stable doors and needed them looked at. I am incredibly impressed with the level of customer service I received. My doors are functioning better now than they did when they were initially installed six years ago! Steve’s knowledge and workmanship surpassed my expectations. He thoroughly checked all aspects of my doors, adjusted and repaired what was needed. He ensured I was happy with everything before he cleaned up and left. He even advised me on how to clean and mask blemishes on my black front door whilst recommending a trusted brand for a colour repair pen. I am one very satisfied customer and would highly recommend Apex windows and their incredibly knowledgeable and professional staff. Thank you Steve 🙂

First Rate Service Due to "Which"recommendation, I decided to get a quote for replacement of all my windows. Tim (salesperson) provided a clear, informed presentation of the options available and even arrived with window samples for our inspection. No hard sale; price was provided after measuring up which was competitive. After obtaining two further quotes with other companies, I decided to proceed with APEX as they were responsive to my queries, informed and offered the best warranty. Their representative formerly measured up and the installation date agreed. A measure of a company is how they react when you encounter problems. There will always be issues that weren't envisaged and in my case several arose. I can however state that APEX dealt with them professionally and on a timely basis. The people, from the salesperson to the installers are first rate, decent personable people and a pleasure to deal with. No issue was too much for them. I have been left with a fantastic job and would highly recommend the company to others.

Andy and Matt’s work this week in fitting our windows has been faultless, it’s been a fantastic effort. They have been punctual the whole week, working to tight deadlines in the cold and rain. They have transformed our house; we couldn’t ask for more. We are very appreciative of all their work and effort in a short space of time. I will recommend them to all our friends and family. Can’t wait to work with Apex Windows, Matt and Andy in the near future. Additionally, from Moyo saying a very big thank you, you’ve gone above and beyond normal expectations. I would like to say to the wider public; that I have adopted these two brothers as part of my family. When I first read some reviews on Apex, I almost decided against giving them our work. When Scott came in initially for Sales and presentation; his level of professionalism made me believe this was the company we would go with. So whoever is out there writing negative reviews for this company, you should come and see the work done for us to perfection with no single fault or complaint. Our fittings were fast-tacked a week before the actual appointment date. Cleanliness was 100%, they left the house spotless every day after each work carried out. Andy even went to learn my language and greeted me the next morning in my language to my surprise. For any fittings, I would always recommend Andy and Matt. Once again, A big thank you to Andy and Matt.

Window/door replacement Apex replaced all our windows and two doors which was all completed in a week. We couldn't be happier with the end result. We have been truly impressed! Throughout the whole process we felt very comfortable with everyone we dealt with. There was no hard sell and every question was answered along the way. The installation process went extremely smoothly. Very efficient, tidy and skilled. Although we were not in any particular hurry the job was completed within a couple of months of the initial visit which was quicker than expected. We chose Apex to quote based on other favourable reviews and we have not been disappointed. Highly recommended !

Very good service Initially quote was provided for all windows and front door, however only proceeded with the front door. This was because there was no option for a monthly payment. All staff seen (x3) were very helpful, kind, made helpful suggestions, pleasant and fitted my front door to a high standard, I am still waiting for a letter box, as one it it scratched and numbers as these were not provided although was on the order. Will return when can afford to change all my windows.

First class company, people and products After suffering at the hands of a national company, I turned to Apex windows (Luton) to install 3 windows, French doors and a side door. From the ordering to the fitting, Apex windows provided a first class service. The product is just what we asked for, good quality, fair price and great support. A special mention goes to the two fitters, Damien and Corbyn, nothing was too much trouble for them and you could see that they cared about the job by the way the whole project was carried out with courtesy and care for the customer leaving me with an outstanding finish. Will I return to Apex? You can bet on it !! Mr M Bewley

Great and efficient Job Great experience from start to finish. No pressure sales, listened carefully to what we wanted and worked from there. Lots of knowledge within their roles and good advice given. Josh and Luke the two fitters were very professional, polite and hard working. Cleaned up every day and kept us in the loop of what they were doing each day. We used Apex when they first started up as a company and having used them again, it is good to see and experience that same high standard and quality still in place. We would absolutely recommend this company and have already done so.

Just had triple glazed windows, French doors and a new composite front door from Apex. Absolute quality from start to finish. No hard sell from Tim, just the facts and figures that we wanted. It took only 3 weeks before installation could begin and the whole lot was fitted by Kieron who is an amazing fitter. He takes complete pride in his work and strives for customer satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble, was expecting to have to decorate all the rooms after but you wouldn’t know any work had been done, not a scratch or mark on any of the walls, well happy! Very tidy and cleans thoroughly before he leaves. Customer service along the way by the office staff was also exceptional. Thanks so much for a class job. More thank happy to recommend.
